It's funny how almost all of my maps started out as one thing and ended up way different. This one was gonna possibly be a co-op map with a friend and was going to be an interpretation of the Ubisoft map: Love shacks. It obviously didn't turn out that way. I did keep the rusty shack village theme though.
The maps we were gonna make ended up being this one and Meketo Village (By FarCryKing302). His was much closer to what we started with as I went tin a different direction with mine. With mine, I went for massive destructibility. Every object in the game that falls apart is in this map. Various shanty pieces and fences with explosives placed in conveniently-prone-to-chain-reactions locations with have stuff flying everywhere, all the time. Building will come apart and leave you vulnerable, hiding spots will disappear, even entire paths across the map will vanish in an instant. Sadly this all causes some pretty hefty lag with a full room. It's very noticeable with any number of players but is far worse with more players. Still quite fun and I definitely like the layout. With lots of cover and various paths on different elevations it's not too difficult to find an unoccupied route for your ease of crossing.
I also attempted to rip off (mock) Ubi's logo in the preview pic.
